SEEKING LEADERS

I’d like to develop a new ministry, but have neither the talent nor the time to head them up.  I’ll work with you and resource you and help you recruit, but you will be the key person in making the contacts and organizing the ministry.  If interested, please get in touch with Father to schedule a chat.  One goal for all parish ministries and projects is that I do not want you to go into your own pocket ….. we need to know the “cost of doing business” ….. there will be adequate budgets for what needs to be done.



COMMUNITY LIFE MINISTRY IN THE PARISH - You’ll have the heart of Christ for the building of Christian Community and fellowship within the great and wonderful diversity of St. Joseph’s.  You will have the ability to see the big picture of the ministry and to bring others into it creatively, creating settings where they can succeed and bring others in as well.  You’ll take joy in seeing others become ever more deeply involved in the community of St. Joseph, of constantly bringing new faces into it, and in seeing events flow seemingly effortlessly because of your organizing, administrative and creative skills.
